Standard and Premium Service Plans

Fidelis Cybersecurity offers a straightforward choice between two support plans, Standard and Premium. Both plans offer access to expert assistance, including :

  • Online case management and knowledge base,
  • Software maintenance and enhancements,
  • Fidelis Policy Feed,
  • Global hardware service

The Premium plan extends access to technical support engineers for 24x7 coverage.

Hardware Service

Fidelis XPS appliances are serviced internationally using a global network of parts depots and trained service providers. Customers with mission critical deployments should work with their Fidelis account team to plan to include spares in their deployments.

Customized Service

Custom and on-site services are available in solution packages, such as for on-site training, or as hourly services tailored to your specific needs. Refer to our Services page for more detail.
